The following policies apply at all times except for non-refundable rates, or if otherwise stated.

Reservation

Full payment required upon booking.

Modification

No penalty for a change of date or name unless cancellation policies or prefixed date rates apply. If a change is made to the number of guests and/or lodging options, a new corresponding rate will be quoted.

Cancellation

To best accommodate our guests’ needs, we offer 3 simple cancellation policies that apply depending on time of cancellation.

• Full refund: No fee is applied on cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival date. Customers that paid in full at reservation are granted a full refund.

• 50% refund: A fee of 50% the booking cost is applied on cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date. Customers that paid in full at reservation are granted a 50% refund.

• No refund: A fee of 100% the booking cost is applied on cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival date.

Arrival & Departure

Usual Check-in time is 4:00-9:00 PM EST and usual check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Accomodations in regards to these times may be made when possible by Le Clos des Brumes and its staff. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
